Went there just now to get boot fitting done. We got lined up with Fisher and he did an amazing job! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and funny! I highly recommend anyone wanting to ensure their ski boots are right for their feet to go there and have him assist you!!!
Michael helped me quickly get ski boots, bindings, and mount them up on a pair of skis. He was awesome to work with, listened to my skiing needs and skills, and offered great recommendations for boots for me. Excellent service, helped me dial in a pair of boots and helped me make the right choice for me. He was great to work with. Would absolutely recommend buying here at Evo!

I had bought ski boots a year ago from Evo. I have an extremely small boot size (22.5) and had to have a lot of work done on them as they would not fit my feet correctly (+5 boot fittings). My most recent appointment with Eli really saved my ski season. He helped me get my boots to fit and took extra time to make sure I wasn’t in any boot related pain. It was a fabulous experience and I have been skiing all season pain free because of his help. If you need a brilliant boot fitter, Eli is your guy. Thank you!
I was in Portland on a trip hoping to find some ski/snowboard gear and John B. was super attentive and knowledgable! He knew everything there was to know and as a beginner trying to get into ski/snowboard, it was super helpful to have him guide me through the store! He knew everything in regards to the products and he was kind enough to explain each and every item that I was curious about, along with answering all my questions I had in mind. I’m so grateful to have come across Evo and John and hope to visit the next time I’m in town! Thank you Evo & John B.!
I was in Portland and decided to drop by Evo and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! John B. was incredibly helpful and I hope that Evo appreciates him and he gets recognition for what he does because he truly was amazing! I hope Evo doesn’t lose a great employee like him. He knows all there is to know about snowboarding and he helped me out the entire time I was there. He was truly dedicated to his customers and he was patient as well. John B., hopefully we get to see you at Evo the next time I’m in Portland!! P.S. hoping you can manage a Evo store in OC in the near future ;)
Just a great overall experience! Needed snowboarding boots but based on price and talking to the snowboard expert who helped me I walked out with boots and bindings for what I had budgeted for just the boots. Once the boots arrived Brandon spent time with me during the heat molding process and walked me through the break-in period and said that if anything needs adjustment then just come back in and he would get me sorted. 10/10 experience!!
Tyler and the Bike Shop Crew were amazing. I selected Evo initially because I had heard good things, they posted their prices on the net, and they were reasonable. In the end they were amazing and didn't let me buy services I didn't need. The bike proved difficult to fix because of issues getting parts. Despite the hurdles they were able to get it done and done well. While it was in progress they made sure my wife had a bike to ride if we needed one. The crew was great. I certainly will be taking all my bikes here from now on.
